The UK Africa Trade Expo (UKATE) held a press conference on 7 October 2025 at XCHG Spaces, 22 Bishopsgate, London, setting the stage for its flagship event — UKATE 2025, taking place on 24 October 2025 at the Kensington & Chelsea Conference Centre (W8 7NX) from 9:00 AM to 7:30 PM. Since its inception in 2023, UKATE has become a trusted platform connecting African enterprises with UK investors, fostering trade, investment, and innovation through transparency, due diligence, and cultural understanding. The conference highlighted these achievements while providing an exclusive preview of the upcoming UKATE 2025, a pivotal gathering designed to strengthen UK–Africa partnerships and promote sustainable economic empowerment. The event was hosted in collaboration with XCHG Spaces, an innovation-driven workspace led by Seyi Awotunde, whose vision of creativity and connection aligns with UKATE’s mission. Among the key attendees were Prince Kamari Ademiluyi, Founder of UKATE, and Rudi Page, who will lead a panel discussion titled: “Space Technologies and Digital Ecosystems: Knowledge Mobilisation for Community Engagement.” During the session, Rudi Page underscored the impact of initiatives such as the Space Pathways Ecosystem Creativity Awards (SPECA) and the Caribbean Digital Transformation Zone (CDTZ), which foster inclusive innovation and create opportunities for women and youth in underrepresented communities. His upcoming panel will explore how space-enabled digital ecosystems can be both technically interoperable and socially inclusive, rooted in cultural knowledge and community-driven development. As anticipation builds for UKATE 2025, the message is clear: this is more than an event — it is a movement driving collaboration, innovation, and investment to redefine the future of UK–Africa trade. Join us on 24 October 2025 — where collaboration meets opportunity.
